LOCATION:

• Lewisville, TX or Detroit, MI - 100% remote for now, then will sit Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) when staff transitions back into the office after February.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead program management processes for auto line of business’s Data Solutions Support (DSS) team
• Drive improvements within DSS processes
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholder customers
• Lead a motivated team of scrum masters.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management
• Working knowledge of SQL and PowerBI (or similar data visualization tool)
• 1+ year of people management experience (ideally Scrum Masters)
• Knowledge of Jira administration
• Leadership experience to lead program management processes for the auto line of business’s Data Solutions Support (DSS) team
• Agile or PMP certified
• Background in data technologies and business intelligence
• Experience in financial services
