WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Serve as the project manager managing the paid media and internal creative team to develop and implement data-informed strategies that optimize program revenue
  • Collaborate with channel marketing leaders to test new acquisition tactics, monitoring, analyzing, and providing insights to optimize performance.
  • Propose and launch new advertising partners, including negotiation of terms, contract review, and coordination of data feed
  • Ability to develop copy that aligns with program goals, executing new strategies to grow program member count.

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in CRM database administration in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Must have strong analytical skill including Excel; tableau preferred
