  • Manage relationship with leave administration vendors to ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal leave laws.
  • Ensure appropriate leaves and ensure return to work programs are enforced.
  • Manage disability plans and short term/long term plans.
  • Conduct claims audits and handle escalations.
  • Expand and improve FMLA programs.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10-15 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws surrounding leaves
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
