  • Collaborates with PM and customers, and is the voice of the customer on the scrum team.  
  • POs are responsible for creating stories, guiding the development team through the SDLC process. 
  • Developing a clear model of how the stories provide value to customers  
  • Facilitate requirements elaboration, story construction, backlog refinement, and prioritization. 
  • Defines the sprint objectives in collaboration with the scrum team 
  • Ensures that Stories are complete and accepted per the definition of done 
  • Manages the priority of work and within the team’s backlog in relationship to the committed feature priority  
  • Is accountable for Scrum and SAFe ceremonies on the team 
  • Defines sprint plan within the program increment 
  • Works with Architecture to develop technical solutions  
  • Maintains change management expectations to the vision and product roadmap 
  • Manages Story Demos and stakeholder approvals  
  • Manages legal and compliance requirements 
  • Collaborates with other program PMs and supports larger solutions and capabilities.  
  • Constantly inspects and adapts, analyzing operations and processes looking for LEAN and continuous improvement opportunities 
  • Applied knowledge of related business processes, products and applications, in addition to functional/ technical knowledge and testing knowledge in order to analyze and anticipate impacts to system changes

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • +5 years of experience in software development 
  • +2 years of experience in financial services industry 
  • 1 or more years’ experience working JIRA 
  • +3 proven experience working as a Business Analyst or Product owner in scaled agile framework (SAFe) or other large scale agile frameworks 
  • Has a multi-facetted operational skills and experience including: development, analysis, project/program management, SLDC, LEAN, Continuous Improvement, and quality management. 
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of Agile, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration 
  • Demonstrated experience developing stories in alignment with the feature roadmap for agile frameworks 
  • +2 years Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.

The IT Commercial team has a need for a Sr. Salesforce.com Technical Lead to support their complex SFDC environment(s). This role will be an individual contributor responsible for partnering with IT Salesforce.com Product Owner to deliver solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. The candidate will work closely with the Commercial delivery manager, partner with internal Technical Leaders in Salesforce.com space and other cross-functional IT team members to deliver scalable solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work directly with functional stakeholders to analyze needs and develop solutions using agile development methodologies

• Provides overall systems architecture expertise in order to relate to and build upon existing Salesforce environments

• Ability to design (HLD/LLD) and develop custom solutions on force.com platform including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and application integration patterns

• Responsible for supporting Einstein data flows/connections and design, develop and deploy Einstein dashboards, visualizations, and analytics.

• Transform functional requirements into scalable solutions on the Salesforce.com platform

• Ability to provide creative solutions that solve business and technical problems

• Organize and manage project work to drive predictable delivery. On-time and on-budget

• Solid business process engineering skills utilizing Salesforce CRM platform

• Ability to solution for Salesforce integration with other systems

• Participate in system implementation projects including but not limited to requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution

• Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications

• Provide work estimates that permit prioritization

• Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities by implementing Proof of Concept pilots and developing supporting documentation

• Remain current with Salesforce releases and evaluate and recommend new feature/functionality where feasible

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2+years of Salesforce Einstein Analytics development

• Deep understanding of Salesforce concepts and best practices. Ability to understand business need and recommend the use of OOTB capabilities, Apex, LWC to meet business requirement

• Demonstrate excellence in understanding complex business process as well as make business process modification suggestion to align with Salesforce best practices

• Experience in Salesforce Lightning

• Experience with Lightning Web Component

• Experience in Einstein Analytics

• Salesforce Advanced Developer / Platform Developer II Certification or equivalent knowledge

• Very strong communication skills

• Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant certification, Preferred
