- Works with Senior Leadership and Sr HR Leader to develop comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Screens, selects, interviews and evaluates potential candidates including experienced and campus hires.
- Identifies alternative recruitment methods such as online recruitment methods, professional organizations, technical programs and universities to target technically skilled individuals requiring highly specific industry certifications.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment.
- Provides recommendations in determining recruitment budget to include job fairs, campus events, recruitment tools and vendor fees.
- Writes and places advertisements and job postings.
- Identifies opportunities for participation in job fairs, campus recruiting events and handling employment/agency inquiries.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Principal Expectations:
- Provide expertise and serve as a knowledge source for integrating data between HR systems, internal systems, and vendor external solutions. Member of the integrations workstream for the HR Technology Transformation Program, working with a System Integrator, Data Architects, Solution Architects, and data experts.
- HR Transformation program Integration workstream project member for the end-to-end implementation of Workday as the Core HCM. Responsible for the successful delivery of integrations as a member of the workstream. Scope includes end to end integration understanding, innovative design, vendor contracts and management, quality checks, ETL processing, testing and implementation. Will work with Workday as a Cloud-based HCM solution and partner with the companies Enterprise Data and Solution Architecture team to successfully implement integrations for internal and external systems.
- Provide integration experience in end-to-end design and development of near-real time and batch data pipelines.
- Expertise in technical integrations (batch, real-time); knowledge of SFTP, PGP encryption, ssh; knowledge of web-service calls using SOAP, REST, xml, json.
- Assistance with the management of integration vendor requirements, contracts, plans, issues, and risks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure effective operations/support of the integration solutions.
- Keep up to date on technology trends and may participate in the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions.
- Knowledge of and experience in data management, design, various database concepts and technologies.
- Develop and enforce data security policies within the application design and integration modeling.

Mandatory Skills:
- BS and 3 + years or equivalent experience in field of systems engineering involving integration architecture, design and building innovative integration solutions.
- Proven experience handling HR data and HR System software, with the ability to demonstrate discretion and work with confidential information.
- Experience with the following: Workday and Workday integration technologies, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIB, Studio, BIRT, XSLT, design, build, test, delivery, and support of Workday integrations between Workday, internal systems, and 3rd party HR-based vendors.
- Strong knowledge of technical integrations (batch, real-time), SFTP, PGP encryption, ssh, web-service calls using SOAP, REST, xml, json.
- Ability to use modern ETL tools such as InfoSphere DataStage Cloud Pack, Apache NiFi, etc. Knowledge and experience in data transformations, data analysis, manipulation, RDBMS, ETL processing for optimal integration design, tuning SQL queries, reporting and formatting.
- Previous experience with Object-oriented data structures such as .NET, Java, Eclipse, C++.
