WHERE THIS SITS:
- New Orleans, LA preferred
- Fully remote with limited travel is possible
- Work Hours 9AM-6PM Central Time
- Travel to New Orleans/New York City 4 to 6 times/year
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Support NetSuite ERP implementation and end-users. Be the NetSuite subject matter expert for the organization.
- Support Celigo connectivity between NetSuite and Shopify
- Support Shopify e-commerce/POS Integration with NetSuite
- Support NuOrder (wholesale ordering portal) and Integration with NetSuite
- Manage SPS Commerce EDI integrations between key wholesale accounts and NetSuite
- Responsible for Project Management: gather requirements and development of functional specifications, and manage stakeholder and 3rd party vendor interaction
- Monitor Help Desk and provide triage/assist in troubleshooting systems issues including hardware and connectivity issues if/as needed
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum 3-years’ experience working with and supporting NetSuite systems and users
- Experience creating NetSuite custom fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- Experience with NetSuite AFA vertical a major plus
- Experience with Celigo-based NetSuite integrations a major plus
- Programming/scripting experience a plus
- Experience with configurations and data within Shopify Plus and Shopify POS a major plus
- Experience with NuOrder a major plus
- Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be comfortable working closely with, presenting to, and having meaningful discussions with, individuals and groups at different levels within the organization
- Facilitates effective team interaction/acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions
- Ability to build relationships with and between people of different backgrounds
- Ability to working with virtual teams that span departments and time zones
- Problem solver/identifies critical issues with ease and a sense of urgency
- Exhibits confidence and knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
- Familiarity with laptops (Mac & Windows) a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where most IT services are outsourced
