WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: 

  • Work with Recruiting Manager, HR team and business partners to discuss experience and qualifications needed per position. Organization, multi-tasking, and follow up are key!
  • Primary responsibility is to source and qualify future talent.  Recruiter will make initial contact and conduct preliminary screen of candidate to skills/experience, cultural fit, salary requirements, etc.
  • Ensure the recruiting process is followed by coaching all parties involved in the hiring process.
  • The range of positions the Recruiter will be sourcing/hiring will include: Technicians, Warehouse, Sales,  Branch Managers, Service Managers and support staff. 
  • The Recruiter will facilitate ‘Making the Right Hire’, Interview Training to Hiring Managers
  • Manage up to 30 job requisitions at once
  • Identify and attend various recruiting events to include College and military career fairs, new hire orientations, and other events as needed or identified.
  • Attend career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand on campus

 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: 

  • Four year degree highly preferred.
  • Position requires 5+ years of experience with demonstrated success in staffing
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, well organized, and be able to manage several requisitions at a time.
  • Industrial Equipment industry recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience with all phases of the recruitment life-cycle.
  • Experience/ability to manage the recruitment process from initial request, to working with the business to develop a staffing strategy, to final candidate selection and on-boarding. 
  • Candidate should be proficient with Social Media (to include Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), CareerBuilder, cold-calling, resume screening. Well versed in various sourcing methods including Boolean search strings, sourcing tools, user groups, networking, and cold calling candidates to generate interest.
  • Must be self-disciplined, structured, possess strong communication and follow-up.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • The IT Manager manages all enterprise applications under the direction of the Executive Director.
  • Manages the application staff responsible for the maintenance and support of assigned applications.
  • Works closely with project leaders and other IT managers to support new projects.
  • Lead project management and IT teams through the full system project lifecycle in a hands-on approach through a fast paced environment.

 
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 10 years of related work experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in applied areas of health care.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing implementations of large-scale, complex, multi-disciplined, cross-functional, and highly visible projects/programs and cross organizational teams.
  • Significant project management experience with proven ability to manage, execute, control and achieve closure of large, complex projects is required.
  • Experience with business process redesign, benefits realization, and project planning in a healthcare environment.
  • Possess a strong background in healthcare with large software application design and implementation projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with hospital departments and cross-functional teams, and to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Significant experience in evaluating software packages and working with application vendors and system integrators.
  • Excellent Project Management skills and methodologies including practical usage of Microsoft Project, knowledge of Basic Networking/Systems and Desktop/Peripherals (including operating systems, utilities, Microsoft Office Products, etc). Strong communication, presentation, and customer relation skills.
  • Experience managing large complex projects and has strong project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and other IT staff.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness interfacing and negotiating with clients, internal customers and vendors.
