The Procurement Aide will manage non-disclosures and certificates of insurance for over 900 suppliers in Wilmington. The ideal candidate can process approximately 5 to 10 new supplier adds each year and over 300 supplier change requests. The Procurement Aide will additionally manage PeopleSoft part cleanup, as well as review Stock out part sheets.

As the Human Resources Manager for the company’s credit card business line, you will be responsible for delivering leadership, guidance, and execution across the full human capital spectrum. You will partner with executives, managers, and employees in the areas of organizational effectiveness, organizational design, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, diversity, equity & inclusion, compensation, workforce planning and talent acquisition. Supporting the newest business in consumer product offerings, you will leverage your emotional intelligence and leadership skills to help drive the cultural and HR process assimilation with the larger organization. You will work closely with your Bank HR teammates in the overall human capital support for the bank, and may support groups outside of the credit card business:
