WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Utilize sales and marketing data to provide effective demand forecasts aimed at optimizing production plans
- Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and inventory levels)
- Lead a team of Production Planners
- Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future
- Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 4+ years’ experience in planning, purchasing, and inventory management
- 2+ years’ experience leading direct reports
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Preferred experience with Power BI

- Responsible for processing AP invoices on a daily basis
- Reconcile for any discrepancies related to Accounts Payable
- Count and reconcile inventory. Including visiting plant locations for physical inventory
- Support the purchasing team with administrative duties including answering phones and monitoring the front desk
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, manufacturing, or operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Products
- Preferred experience with Oracle, not required as it can be taught
- Ability to work independently but manage up with questions

LOCATION
- Fully onsite in Decatur, AL
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Manage the site’s recruitment process and onboarding
- Provide site support for all aspects of talent management
- Partner with Payroll Specialist to ensure site compliance with training
- Partner with HR Generalist for open enrollment and administration of benefit programs for the site
- Process all site claims (worker’s comp, unemployment, etc.) including handling appeals
- Manage and track FMLA & AAP requirements for the site
- Site POC for Random Drug Testing
- Site POC for investigations and appeals
- Partner with Payroll Specialist, Finance and Ops to support payroll processing for the site
- Support DEI initiatives
- Actively involved in safety initiatives at the site
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Associate degree or higher in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fi eld required from an accredited University
- At least two years of human resources experience
- SAP payroll, MS Office, and HR related systems experience
- Commitment to safety; actively involved in safety initiatives
- Prior experience using/knowledge of SuccessFactors
- Prior experience using NOVAtime
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent systems and understand, interpret, and report analytics
- Benefits Administration Experience

- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
