WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Partner closely with senior management to assist in FP&A related activities as the organization continues to grow aggressively
- Management and oversite over a small team within finance and accounting
- Lead strategic projects, identify key business and financial risks, and support setting financial priorities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial forecasts, operating budgets, and strategic plans
- Provide in-depth analysis on financial performance and root cause variances to forecasts
- Analyze ROI and profitability for business initiatives and identify improvement plans for gaps
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
- Develop financial models and analyze to support strategic initiatives
- Additional special projects as needed in partnership with leadership team
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+years of experience in FP&A and/or similar analytical role or public accounting experience
- Strong communication skills and analytical abilities

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Direct Franchise Sales Experience or Experience within the Franchise Model
- Certified Franchise Executive (CFE)
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, M.B.A. helpful
