WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create business requirements for setting up a CRM system to ensure proper solutions to manage lead maximization efforts
  • Ability to create and manage the development of KPIs within service lanes to monitor store performance and provide support to Fixed Operations Teammates to ensure continuous improvement
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs to collect and communicate to various levels of organization from store service team to executive leadership
  • Understanding of how to take leads / opportunities generated by marketing and sales tactics and turn them into a conversion with a focus on long-term loyalty

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business related field
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry and an understanding of service lane operations
  • Experience as a power user of a CRM system to manage lead volume
  • Proven track record of analytical skills associated with marketing and lead management KPI’s.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications at various levels of an organization from executive to on-the-ground teammates.
