WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: 

  • Lead the learning and development, and performance management process to support the mission, vision, and values of the company 
  • Design and create training materials, training content and trains internal facilitators
  • Oversee and execute Onboarding program for all new hires 
  • Manage the planning process and budget for learning and growth, manages the vendor selection process and vendor relationships, and manages software contracts

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Training certifications preferred
  • 7 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources, Learning and development
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and with C-Suite executives
  • Experience with ADP or any LMS system
