WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Lead the learning and development, and performance management process to support the mission, vision, and values of the company
Design and create training materials, training content and trains internal facilitators
Oversee and execute Onboarding program for all new hires
Manage the planning process and budget for learning and growth, manages the vendor selection process and vendor relationships, and manages software contracts
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's degree required
Training certifications preferred
7 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources, Learning and development
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and with C-Suite executives
