- Responsible for designing and evolving the architecture of our LRC system platforms and applications. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with product managers and software engineers to gather requirements and design robust, scalable system architecture solutions.
- Performing evaluations of existing architectures and proposing optimizations for performance, scalability, availability, and efficiency.
- Developing system architecture diagrams, component specifications, data models, and API definitions adhering to defined standards.
- Conducting systematic analyses of solution options and presenting recommendations based on technical merits and business goals.
- Defining and governing technology standards, frameworks, design patterns, and best practices for software development teams.
- Ensuring designs exhibit high interoperability between internal and external systems and applications.
- Working closely with InfoSec and Cloud teams to incorporate security, infrastructure, monitoring, and automation capabilities.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to developers and engineers on system architecture principles, standards, and designs.
- Participating in peer reviews of architecture and maintaining comprehensive documentation of current-state and future-state system landscapes.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in system architecture and cloud-native development.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing system architectures
- Expertise in technologies like REST APIs, containers, microservices, and public/private cloud platforms
