WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for hands-on design and implementation of integrated Pega-based solutions that are scalable, built for rapid change, and meet functional and non-functional requirements
Work strategically and tactically to deliver superior consumer experiences through human interactions and digital channels
Interface with key stakeholders to evangelize the platform and unlock profound technical capabilities in our CX stack
Analyze the existing legacy application functionalities and build a new Pega Customer Interaction Hub application using Pega 8.x
Collaborate with Enterprise support teams and enterprise testing teams to assist in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation Pega Client Support
Contributes to the design of the application typically focused on specific automation or integration activities
Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks, providing thought leadership on technical architecture and best practices
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of Pega Platform and Core PRPC experience
Experience with designing and/or implementing Marketing and Decisioning software (such as Chordiant, Infor CRM Epiphany, SmartFocus, Experian, Adobe, Oracle, Marketo, Salesforce, Teradata, Aprimo, IBM Unica) applications.
