• Provide engineering support, including guidance and support on MS Intune related products.
• Perform configuration and deployment on large-scale corporate mobile devices.
• Provide support for mobile access to intranet and internal apps.
• Interface with diverse stakeholders within our enterprise including our affiliates’.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing service delivery, and automating manual processes.
• Document and review recommended best practices to aide in continuous improvement and decreasing time to repair.

• 5+ years of previous experience working with Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager preferred
• Previous experience with the configuration and deployment of large-scale mobile devices including international preferred
• Ability to support mobile access to intranet and internal apps preferred
