WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Function as technical expert for Ivanti suite
Partner with stakeholders to design, develop and implement enterprise wide ITSM solution
Identify and implement system enhancements to the Ivanti Service Desk module to streamline ITIL process workflows
Set up workflows, configuration changes, and developing service desk reports using Ivanti service desk suite.
Building objects, developing windows and views using Ivanti Service Management suite.
Develop solutions within the Service Management, Asset Management and Endpoint Management suite(s) and apply User Interface concepts.
Develops sound innovative solutions which enable process optimization and automation and create business value.
Participates in the creation of the ITSM strategy.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
5+ years of IT Service Management experience
2+ years of experience using Ivanti IT Service Management solutions preferred (i.e Service Desk, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, Product Catalog, Self-Service).
Demonstrated ability to design, develop and implement moderate to complex ITSM enterprise solutions.
Software Development experience in .Net or Java
Strong understanding of SQL database structure to aid in reporting and design
Ability to work effectively in a high energy environment
