WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
The IT Technician I will be responsible for providing support to all internal users of the organization.
Filer incoming calls and ticket requests for Tier I support issues.
Work closely with IT Technician II/III and Systems Support Analysts in gathering data to determine best practices in resolving technical issues.
Build relationships with leadership, IT and corporate function teams in resolving IT operation issues.

On-Site in Fort Mill, SC
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
1-2 years of experience in an IT Support/Helpdesk position.
Hands-on experience working within a Windows 10/11 environment.
Technical experience working with MDM (AirWatch, InTune, Meraki), Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint and printers.
Strong customer-facing, interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in fast-paced environments.
Experience working with MaddenCo or Zebra Printers, highly desired.
