WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • The IT Technician I will be responsible for providing support to all internal users of the organization.
  • Filer incoming calls and ticket requests for Tier I support issues.
  • Work closely with IT Technician II/III and Systems Support Analysts in gathering data to determine best practices in resolving technical issues.
  • Build relationships with leadership, IT and corporate function teams in resolving IT operation issues.
WHERE IS IT LOCATED:
  • On-Site in Fort Mill, SC

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support/Helpdesk position.
  • Hands-on experience working within a Windows 10/11 environment.
  • Technical experience working with MDM (AirWatch, InTune, Meraki), Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint and printers.
  • Strong customer-facing, interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with MaddenCo or Zebra Printers, highly desired.
