THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • At least 1-3 years of IT Support experience including IT Help Desk support, Network support, Server support
  • Hands on O365 Experience, including setting up passwords, adding new users, and various license requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing, monitoring and maintenance of hardware/software
  • Must have experience using help desk ticketing systems.
  • Strong customer service/support experience
  • Attention to detail and a high level of documentation
