• Identify and analyze business needs related to access to systems
• Conduct requirement gathering and research to find proper resources for delegating requests, and provide communication and updates related to provisioning and deprovisioning users to managers and associates.
• Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• Translate business requirements into the appropriate requests and works with all members of the team to execute the onboarding/offboarding successfully.
• Engage appropriate teams to execute changes required to complete transitions to and from the Bank.
• Prepare and maintains technical documentation to guide system users related to our onboarding processes and tools.
• Coach and review work of users who submit requests to Information Technology.
