WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for installation, support, inventory, system enhancements and management of networked and non-networked hardware, including: desktops, printers, peripherals, network system infrastructure, WAN/LAN, cabling, connectivity.
Work on a team responsible for installation, support, inventory, and management of local system applications.
Responsible for problem resolution/troubleshooting/training and communicating with the end users in a timely and customer-oriented manner.
Assist with the deployment and maintenance of service level agreements with appropriate reporting and documentation of support.
Be the point of escalation for the IT Field Support Technicians. All other duties as assigned.
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of 4 years experience in the IT support and customer service space
Experience with Windows desktop operating systems
Experience supporting a wide variety of hardware, including printers and peripherals
Experience supporting and troubleshooting desktop applications and MS office products.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting network environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are mandatory
