  • Responsible for installation, support, inventory, system enhancements and management of networked and non-networked hardware, including: desktops, printers, peripherals, network system infrastructure, WAN/LAN, cabling, connectivity.
  • Work on a team responsible for installation, support, inventory, and management of local system applications.
  • Responsible for problem resolution/troubleshooting/training and communicating with the end users in a timely and customer-oriented manner.
  • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of service level agreements with appropriate reporting and documentation of support.
  • Be the point of escalation for the IT Field Support Technicians. All other duties as assigned.


  • High School diploma or equivalent required. 
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in the IT support and customer service space
  • Experience with Windows desktop operating systems 
  • Experience supporting a wide variety of hardware, including printers and peripherals
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting desktop applications and MS office products.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting network environments. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are mandatory
  • Excellent documentation skills required.
