WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Lead and liaise with business teams to gather requirements, create business process flows, develop use cases, system integrations and data flows.
• Build user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of IT solutions.
• Work with independence to shape project scope, timelines and cost based on business requirements and build proposals for approvals.
• Drive successful implementation of approved projects with Business and IT technical teams.
• Assist with project management for selected projects.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into technology design and solution.
• Oversee and track operational support delivery by global IT teams for commercial applications.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery Manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 7+ years overall work experience as IT or Business Analyst
• Minimum of 3 years of experience on CRM and/or e-commerce technologies like Salesforce.com and SAP Hybris.
• Highly desirable: SFDC, AEM or SAP Hybris Certification and solid understanding of the platform and its architecture
• Proven experience as business analyst, gathering and recording business requirements and translating to IT requirements.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and supporting all application development artifacts including user stories, process flows, screen mockups, data diagrams, business rule definitions, design documents, user manuals and training materials
• Self-motivated and results oriented mindset with experience in project management, software, and application development methodologies
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Flexibility to work with remote and global teams and time zones
• Familiar with SDLC (software development life cycle)
