  • The Digital Product Manager is responsible for components and areas of the digital experience across web and mobile. 
  • The primary responsibility for this role is to improve and optimize the digital experience for organization's investment research, market data, education, and comparison of their plan investments. 
  • As part of developing the strategy for these interactions, the candidate will need to create client journey maps, and identify gaps, issues, friction in the experience that helps or hinders a user experience. 
  • The candidate will need to wear many hats and be able to project manage, design, architect, communicate, measure, and deliver a digital product that will delight the client, and move the experience forward.
  • Considering business partner input, competitive analysis, and customer testing, the candidate will help to coordinate and own requirements, design creation, testing, metrics, implementation, and maintenance of the effort and will become the SME on investment research online. 
  • They will be a strong client advocate and will strive to understand the specific segments, use cases, and needs of those clients in order to facilitate their digital experience.





  •  An experience with retirement plan products, the regulatory requirements around display of the research, and the use of research in investment selection and investment allocation is necessary.  This role bridges the institutional workplace savings and retail brokerage and retirement businesses as well as internal and client facing digital platforms.
