WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Process full cycle accounts payable 
• Investigate any issues related to inventory or purchasing
• Process PO's including 3 way matching 
• Assist with payroll on an as needed basis 
• Track costs as it relates to the costs and revenues associated with a project 
• Order and maintain office supplies 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 2+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience 
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and high sense of urgency and integrity
• Previous experience with accounting processing systems
• Inventory tracking experience is a plus 
• Strong business partnership and communication skills
