WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Financial Statement Preparation – Quarterly
  • Treasury Management Responsibilities
  • Vendor Payments
  • Employee Payroll – working with Payroll Administrator
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Day to Day Management and Supervision of Accounting Staff
  • Financial system design and oversight for new CRM product
  • Provide systems solutions on the back-end by designing, creating and implementing financial workflows that work for the organization
  • Monthly commission calculations for revenue share calculations
  • Liaison with bank relationship
  • Completion of Audit process


HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:

  • 10+ years of accounting experience with general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close process, and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant a plus but not required
  • Minimum of 4 years of people management experience (both functionally and administratively)
  • Comprehensive US GAAP knowledge
