• The Systems Analysis job participates in the designing of information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.
• Working under general supervision, this job is responsible for analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system and preparing the design of possible systems solutions.

• Defines system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
• Prepares flow charts, models, and procedures and conducts feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
• Prepares technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
• Collaborates with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and to determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance standards, and interfaces.
• Analyzes and proposes revisions to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
• Assists in the development of training sessions and demos for end users.
• Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems, as necessary.

• Experience supporting enterprise wide critical applications in a fast paced environment.
• Support experience in Microservices using containerization and cloud technologies
• Experience Database CRUD operations for problem solving, reports and restarting jobs
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace or Grafana
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) of complex technical issues
• Experience with containerization and Openshift
• Strong experience with supporting applications in Unix/Linux environment
• Strong experience with supporting CloudBees CD (ElecticFlow) deployments
• Good understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code development using Terraform & Ansible or Python
