  • Manage U.S. immigration case files, working with immigration counsel in the preparation of nonimmigrant and immigrant filings including H-1B, L-1, PERM, and employment-based I-140Consult with sponsored employees on all aspects of U.S. immigration including internal policies and procedures impacting their immigration sponsorship
  • Collaborate with external immigration providers to achieve compliance with U.S. immigration laws and internal immigration policies
  • Partner with Human Resources, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition to review policies and processes impacting new hires and existing employees, and advise on global mobility as needed
  • Maintain public access file, manage necessary postings, and other documentation in line with regulatory requirements and execution of immigration policies and procedures.
  • Serve as subject matter expert, working with HR, Recruiting/TA, and leadership throughout the organization to answer questions and provide guidance in U.S. immigration issues
  • Create processes and policies that clearly outline philosophy regarding sponsorship and immigration.
  • Consult with and guide all business units on the PERM process including assessing job duties and requirements, postings, and labor market recruitment.
  • Create and implement processes and procedures to efficiently coordinate documentation required for visa processing; and
  • Identify and handle exceptions and policy inequities; recommend solutions as appropriate, including cost impact to the business unit



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience working with immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications and processes, in particularH-1B, L-1, and PERM Labor Certification.
  • Extensive vendor management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
