WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:
South Charlotte, Hybrid- 3 days in office with flexibility
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Serves as the first point of contact for HR related questions.
Monitors Case Management system and ensures all requests are answered or routed to the appropriate HR functional group.
Ensures service level agreements are met, including, but not limited to, paperwork processing and resolution of Case Management tickets.
Review/revision of communication materials (new hire & open enrollment guides, company policies, etc.)
Maintaining associate records
Assistance with Leave of Absence or Worker’s Compensation program administration
Assistance with new hire onboarding, paperwork, orientation
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.) coupled with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR environment.
· Experience with HR and Payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and work with sensitive job and pay-related data.
