• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, including performance management, employee relations, coaching, recruitment, and talent management, supporting business objectives.
• Interact with HR specialists to address specific initiatives and programs, ensuring comprehensive HR support.
• Drive talent attraction, retention, and development strategies while supporting talent planning and leadership reviews.
• Lead HR team within the territory, overseeing performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and fostering data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience, with 8-10+ years of Human Resources experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in project management, analysis, time management, and prioritization.
• Established history of creating and analyzing HR dashboard data.
• Skilled in interpersonal relationships, leadership, and team development, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of staff and management.
