Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, including performance management, employee relations, coaching, recruitment, and talent management, supporting business objectives.
Interact with HR specialists to address specific initiatives and programs, ensuring comprehensive HR support.
Drive talent attraction, retention, and development strategies while supporting talent planning and leadership reviews.
Lead HR team within the territory, overseeing performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and fostering data-driven decision-making.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience, with 8-10+ years of Human Resources experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
Proficient in project management, analysis, time management, and prioritization.
Established history of creating and analyzing HR dashboard data.
Skilled in interpersonal relationships, leadership, and team development, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of staff and management.
