WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • South Charlotte, Hybrid- 3 days in office with flexibility

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Oversees and maintains the optimal function of primary HR & Payroll system, ADP Workforce Now, which includes security, workflows, Self-Service, table setup, configuration, maintenance and upgrades.
  • Oversees and maintains the optimal function of all other HR systems including Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems & Case Management Systems.
  • Ensures that benefit vendor files are created and distributed according to exact specifications.  
  • Oversees and maintains internal database files, tables, backup files and identifies areas where data integrity can be enhanced.
  • Supports the HR function with report generation including performance, payroll, pay, benefit and/or other relevant HR related data.  This will include complex data report requests, summaries and/or any audit related items.
  • Ensures that new features/functionalities/upgrades are tested prior to implementation in production environments.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR associates.
  • Serves as liaison between HR, Enterprise Effectiveness (IT), external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR implementation projects.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, etc.) coupled with 7+ years of experience in HRIS/database management.  Relevant experience should include:
  • Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
