WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
  • Responsible for managing projects, process improvement and system maintenance such as reviewing, testing and implementation of the HRIS system upgrades.
  • Conduct training for new system users on new processes and functionalities, guidelines and documentations. 
  • Stays up to date on HRIS trends with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+  years of experience in supporting HR Management Systems, compensation, finance or data analytics
  • Experience in UltiPro 
  • Excellent communication, project management skills and high level attention to detail/accuracy
  • Knowledge of the laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practical application of Human Resources functions
