  • Administer HCM systems suite security role setup and assigned accesses.
  • Ensure that the HRIS system is appropriately secured and that the integrity of data is not compromised.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly SOX Compliance audit activities on security access to ensure confidentiality and separation of duties within the HCM suite.
  • Assumes Lead role in testing HCM system updates through production-live completion.
  • Stays informed on upcoming system updates and prepares HRIS testing plan accordingly.
  • Administer Organizational tables within the HCM suite.
  • Develop analytical reporting to support departmental, regulatory, and executive requests through UKG Pro reporting tools.
  • Process HR regulatory reporting such as annual EEOC and Risk Management premium audits.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for data and/or reports and validate results to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Participate in the implementation of HCM processes and assist in the rollout/training of new applications.
  • Complete understanding of HR, payroll and benefits processes.
  • HCM system administration.
  • Supervisor experience.
  • Advanced understanding of System Security job role builds administration.
  • Strong understanding of relational database design, structure, functions, SQL, processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. i.e. Excel, Access, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft Office365 hands on experience with Flow setup a plus.
  • Intermittent to advanced accounting experience in analytics, metrics, and KPI a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with EEOC data file structure, site upload and regulations.
  • Willingness to learn new reporting tools for mobile dashboards. MicroStrategy experience a plus.
  • Effective organizational. interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as business needs change
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • UKG Pro System administration 3-5 years.
  • UKG Pro application Security administration 3-5 years.
  • HR or HRIS Supervisory experience 3+ years
  • Experience in data management and analysis – highly preferred UKG Pro. 3-5 years.
  • SOX compliance experience for system security validation.  
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with ability to interpret data, alert Department Head of issues, and offer a direction for resolution.  
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential OSHA, compensation and financial information. 
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite and VBA coding.
