WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Serve as technical Subject Matter Expert for HR Applications
Responsible for HR application data management, including fields, foundation data, picklists, position management, business rules, translations, and security permissions.
Mass data loads and updates.
Perform troubleshooting, analysis and technical expertise on integrations to and from our HR technology applications.
Manage small to medium HR technology projects
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and creating clear and concise documentation. (Business Requirement and Functional Design documents).
Research system functionality and recommend solutions.
Present demos and Proof of Concepts of new designs and functionality to the business and IT partners.
Create high level task list and assign owners and due dates for enhancement and projects that have no formal Project Manager.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Minimum 3-5-years working with HR related technologies as a technical / functional expert with a clear functional understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology (at least one or more of these: HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, Performance and Goals Management, Reporting, Role Based Permissions)
SAP SuccessFactors experience in Employee Central and or SuccessFactors Recruiting / Onboarding required.
Experience with HR technologies/modules (Core, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management etc.) in a leading platform, such as SuccessFactors.
SAP SuccessFactors experience in Performance Management / Succession Planning preferred
Knowledge of project management methodology and principles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
