WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Support the Service Delivery team who is responsible for HR program support and administration for the full employment life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll and offboarding
  • Manage the document operating procedures, define roles and responsibilities, ensure compliance with all corporate policies and country specific regulations
  • Responsible for coaching and training the team to develop talent and build operational excellence
  • Respsobile for building automated on-demand and regimented customer feedback, net promoter surveys, and use the ratings to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7+ years of HR Manager experience
  • Extensive experience in the shared service space
  • Experience leading a team of 5+ employees 
  • Experience in Workday, ADP Globalview and SAP preferred but not required
  • Excellent communicator, demonstrated contact for corporate communications
