As the Human Resources Manager for the company’s credit card business line, you will be responsible for delivering leadership, guidance, and execution across the full human capital spectrum. You will partner with executives, managers, and employees in the areas of organizational effectiveness, organizational design, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, diversity, equity & inclusion, compensation, workforce planning and talent acquisition. Supporting the newest business in consumer product offerings, you will leverage your emotional intelligence and leadership skills to help drive the cultural and HR process assimilation with the larger organization. You will work closely with your Bank HR teammates in the overall human capital support for the bank, and may support groups outside of the credit card business:

  • Help develop human capital plans using business and HR knowledge, then execute on those plans in alignment with enterprise goals and HR policies and practices
  • Understand the culture and operating model of the business to drive tactics to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and valued business partner to senior leaders and their teams
  • Support and advocate for corporate diversity, equity & inclusion programs to ensure a highly inclusive and diverse workforce
  • Partner with the Employee Relations to resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Act as a coach and advisor to leaders and offer thoughtful solutions to complex issues
  • Evaluate and analyze HR data and information to understand HR issues impacting the business, then work to find systemic solutions to the issues
  • Provide compensation guidance in alignment with pay-for-performance culture and support annual compensation and promotion processes
  • Support corporate and business unit level management and employee development initiatives
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in the recruiting and on-boarding of strong new talent
  • Partner with Finance to ensure headcount and business plan alignment
  • Participate on HR-wide initiative teams



  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years as an HR business partner
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) or working towards one
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, HR or related field
  • High degree of business acumen
  • High degree of personal courage
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills with experience in coaching senior leaders
  • Ability to use professional concepts and company policies to creatively solve a range of complex issue
  • Mergers & acquisition experience preferred
