Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct job interviews and manage the selection process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Employee Relations:
  • Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Address employee grievances and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Management:
  • Implement and participate in performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor and track employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a system for recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Training and Development:
  • Works closely with training team to support roll-outs of new modules.
  • Act as SME for training material pertaining to HR dept.
  • Ensure compliance training is up to date and completed.
  • HR Administration and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all times.
  • Prepare and submit required HR reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Manage HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and policies.
Benefits Administration:
  • Work with PEO to ensure smooth roll out of open enrollment
  • Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
  • Stay informed about changes in benefit laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement and Communication:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster open and effective communication channels within the organization.
  • Organize and facilitate company-wide meetings and events.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
