Responsible for leading all human resources initiatives including employee engagement and retention, recruiting, training and development, benefit administration, employee relations, compensation administration, safety and other areas as it relates to supporting and developing employees
Responsible for leading and developing positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations
Provide coaching and mentoring to the management team and all employees to drive success and performance in line with business goals and the facilities performance against those goals
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelors degree in business, organizational development, psychology or other related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of successful experience as an HR generalist
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to effectively communicate with all level of employees across the organization.
Experience in coaching, mentoring and fostering positive employee relationships Â
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
