  • Manage and execute leave requests and accommodations, with a focus on FMLA, ADA, state/local leave laws, and disability plans.
  • Expertise in overseeing complex leave situations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying FMLA, ADA, and related leave laws.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of leave of absence administration or related experience
  • Proficiency in FMLA, ADA, and relevant laws
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
  • Knowledge of Workday HRIS
  • Strong commitment to safety within the organizational culture
