WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Act as expert and ambassador in general HR inquiries, upholding policy and procedure
- Responsible for conducting new hire orientation, onboarding and exit interviews
- Act as a resource for all employee relations-related issues
- Manage HR training for managers and hourly employees and maintain training records
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:
- Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment experience preferred
