WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Act as expert and ambassador in general HR inquiries, upholding policy and procedure
• Responsible for conducting new hire orientation, onboarding and exit interviews 
• Act as a resource for all employee relations-related issues
• Manage HR training for managers and hourly employees and maintain training records

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years of Generalist experience
• Experience working in Union environments 
• 1-year experience working in a manufacturing, distribution or warehouse environment
• Excellent communicator, demonstrated contact for corporate communications
