WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Support varied OE and/or HR projects and initiatives. Conduct data analyses, gather information from varied resources internally and externally, and facilitate project meetings/webinars.
  • Monitor function mailboxes and manage responses.
  • Research varied topics and make recommendations on subjects such as performance management, goal setting, and talent planning. Manage the coordination of activities of project teams, identify appropriate resources required, and update project plans and supporting materials.
  • Prepare the development of project team materials including communications, meeting minutes, and agendas.
  • Provide general support of HR and OE related programs, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Draft, edit and/or proofread presentations, documents, reference guides and communications.
  • Provide quality assurance/control support with data and documents.
  • Manage distributions lists for communications.
  • Pull data and analyze/distribute program reports.
