This position provides day-to-day compensation support and analysis for staff and manager level positions across the company
Consults with management on issues and questions relating to compensation and serves as a partner with Talent Acquisition in assessing job offers.
Provides market analysis, maintains salary structures, and provides job evaluations. Responsible for job description maintenance, FLSA determination, market pricing, bonus program administration and all compensation related questions.
Operates under minimal supervision and functions independently in project management and reporting analysis.
Responsible for program and project assignments, working independently or collaboratively as appropriate to accomplish the assigned compensation analysis.
Identify executive compensation-related issues and assist in developing strategies to address them proactively.
Conducts significant data and cost analyst work to assess current state and make recommendations about future state compensation needs. Other duties as required.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
SHRM and/or World at Work certification is preferred
5+ years of relevant compensation experience required
Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
Knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to base pay and variable pay programs
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities, and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow up and follow through
