WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Responsible for managing and triage employee relations matters with employees and leaders and ensure a warm hand-off to the appropriate HR functional area
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
Responsible for gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Engage with the talent management team to assist with the development of programs that achieve specific development objectives for associates and leaders
Understands current staffing gaps as well as future needs and effectively partners with business leaders, talent management and talent acquisition to proactively address them
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
5+ years of related Human Resources experience
Demonstrated success consulting, coaching, and influencing leaders at all levels of the organization
Ability to build collaborative relationships within the HR organization as well as across the enterprise
Proven success in managing enterprise-wide projects from start to finish
