  • Prepares technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
  • Collaborates with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and to determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance standards, and interfaces.
  • Analyzes and proposes revisions to existing system logic difficulties and documentation
  • Assists in training session development and demos for end users.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years required of related experience
  • Experience with basic troubleshooting (OSI or TCPIP)
  • Ability to identify whether it’s a network or administrative issue
  • Knowledge of how a VPN works
  • Experience with Desktop Builds
