Provide technical help desk assistance to computer system user in person and remotely.
Answer inquiries regarding computer software or hardware of a low to mid complexity.
Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
Installation and setup of mobile technician laptops.
Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Associate's degree in computer related field or equivalent training required.
2-3 years prior experience in an IT Service Desk/Customer Call Center environment.
