  • Provide one-on-one end user support and resolve issues over the phone
  • Assist in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware issues, e-mail, internet, and VPN

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • One year of college coursework is required
  • Being a Microsoft Certified Professional is a plus
  • One-year minimum experience of doing end user support in an IT environment is required
