WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Will be the POC for Windows Systems Admin, Helpdesk and Desktop support for the company.
Responsible for first line Help Desk services, account administration, and laptop/desktop provisioning in a Microsoft Windows network environment.
Light help desk duties, as tickets are low. Heavy focus in desktop support and MS Network environment
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or 4+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong PC Hardware and Helpdesk experience
Windows Systems Administration and Networking
Windows operating systems
Windows 10 – Install, operation and troubleshooting
Servers - Server 2012 R220162019
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Dell and HP Laptops and workstations – Setting up and decommissioning workstations
