WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Will be the POC for Windows Systems Admin, Helpdesk and Desktop support for the company.
  • Responsible for first line Help Desk services, account administration, and laptop/desktop provisioning in a Microsoft Windows network environment.
  • Light help desk duties, as tickets are low. Heavy focus in desktop support and MS Network environment

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong PC Hardware and Helpdesk experience
  • Windows Systems Administration and Networking
    • Windows environment:
      • Windows operating systems
      • Windows 10 – Install, operation and troubleshooting
      • Servers - Server 2012 R220162019
  • Experience with Active Directory
    • Maintaining accounts/groups
  • Experience with Dell and HP Laptops and workstations – Setting up and decommissioning workstations
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN networking
  • Understanding of DNS and IIS
  • NICE TO HAVE:
    • VMware ESXi 6.7
