WHERE THIS SITS:
Onsite in Raleigh, Dallas, Reston, Denver, or Phoenix (in order of preference)
Relocation available
Approximately 10-15% travel
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
You will help position the company as an “employer of choice” and will drive key strategies to help attract, engage, and retain diverse and passionate talent across the organization
Develop a comprehensive, targeted and streamlined annual Recruitment and Employer Brand strategy, including Recruitment and Employer brand data analysis, reporting and recommendations, so that you can make data-driven decisions on priorities, budget, and channel strategies
Build and cultivate strong trusted relationships with key stakeholders to meet business goals and objectives
Responsible for the selection, development and management of staff including their growth and development
Build and manage relationships with a range of third parties in the awards and rankings space
The ability to analyze the internal and external talent landscape and audience segments for trends and apply key insights and fresh brand and marketing practices to new and existing initiatives
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
10+ years professional work experience, with at least three years in a people leadership role, with proven leadership track record
Ideally experience at the Director level for a global or national professional services firm is required
Broad understanding of industry best practices and external orientation across multiple people-related domains
Curiosity and insight on best practices from peer organizations
Passion for talent development and for innovation
Maturity, confidence, and client relationship skills - in particular, proven effectiveness acting as thought partner to senior colleagues
