WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: 
  • You will spend 50-60% of their time on sales enablement and demand generation strategy with the sales team and 40-50% of their time overseeing product marketing and marketing communication strategies.
  • The role is a blend of both strategy and high level tactical.
  • As the product is a custom engineered solutions, the right fit will have a background in a similar industry
  • Marketing communication for the line of business is aligned to the growth targets, collaborating closely with product marketing and business development 
  • You'll work closely with the Head of the Business Line for North America along with Global Marketing leadership.
  • You'll guide the development of a team of 4-5 direct reports.
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Engineered solutions industry experience is required, with strong preference in air filtration industries or custom solutions for the manufacturing industry.
  • 5-6+ years of experience in product management experience or product marketing is required
  • 1-2+ years of sales enablement or sales/business development experience is required.
  • 1-2+ years of experience directly managing people  is required
  • Proven ability to build excellent relationships cross-functionally and across the organization
