WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
You will spend 50-60% of their time on sales enablement and demand generation strategy with the sales team and 40-50% of their time overseeing product marketing and marketing communication strategies.
The role is a blend of both strategy and high level tactical.
As the product is a custom engineered solutions, the right fit will have a background in a similar industry
Marketing communication for the line of business is aligned to the growth targets, collaborating closely with product marketing and business development
You'll work closely with the Head of the Business Line for North America along with Global Marketing leadership.
You'll guide the development of a team of 4-5 direct reports.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Engineered solutions industry experience is required, with strong preference in air filtration industries or custom solutions for the manufacturing industry.
5-6+ years of experience in product management experience or product marketing is required
1-2+ years of sales enablement or sales/business development experience is required.
1-2+ years of experience directly managing people is required
Proven ability to build excellent relationships cross-functionally and across the organization
