WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop HR technology solutions that streamline and automate HR processes throughout the system development lifecycle
  • Develop and configure flexible solutions that are extensible to future business needs in the Human Capital Management System such as Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Reporting, Performance Management, L&D, and more
  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS (Workday)
  • Serve as the IT expert who works with the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements
  • into system requirements to optimize processes, improve efficiency and improve the user experience with the system
  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, computer science or related fields OR equivalent related experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Workday HCM systems (implementation OR post implementation required)
  • Experience within the Agile Methodology (Scrum preferred)
  • Enterprise reporting tools and Workday reporting
  • Hybrid onsite/remote work flexibility preferred (open to remote candidates willing/ability to travel to corporate office as needed)
  • Skilled in Workday, SQL Server, Microsoft Office Suite, Regression Testing, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Creative Problem Solving, and Auditing
