WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
The Growth Technology Marketing Manager is key to driving our client's engagement engine.
Help innovate and improve a sophisticated data ecosystem while also serving as the “expert” on system functionality and logistics.
Act as the technical operations team lead and take ownership as the expert on our sophisticated data ecosystem.
Help uplevel and guide more junior members of the team in navigating our data structures.
Partner with marketing leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to contribute to and advocate for tooling and process enhancements.
Shepherd issue resolution efforts as primary data ecosystem expert.
Partner with marketing managers to execute omni channel campaigns using a state of the art proprietary marketing automation platform.
Utilize your analytical and technical skills to create segmentation and targeting strategies using our data platform
Work closely with teams to bring our campaigns to life.
Ensure the experience we create for our members are of the highest quality.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
3-5 years of experience working with data analytics and/or managing products/processes.
Hands-on experience working with large amounts of data, data pipelines, and data systems with a particular focus on working cross-functionally to solve problems, troubleshoot and produce resolutions when issues occur.
High level SQL skills.
Strong communication and collaborative skills are a must.
Ability to provide troubleshooting/triage support for high priority issues outside of traditional business hours (estimated 5-10 hours of after hours support weekly).
Ability to support flexed working hours to cover US time zone differences as needed.
