  • The Growth Technology Marketing Manager is key to driving our client's engagement engine.
  • Help innovate and improve a sophisticated data ecosystem while also serving as the “expert” on system functionality and logistics.
  • Act as the technical operations team lead and take ownership as the expert on our sophisticated data ecosystem.
  • Help uplevel and guide more junior members of the team in navigating our data structures.
  • Partner with marketing leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to contribute to and advocate for tooling and process enhancements.
  • Shepherd issue resolution efforts as primary data ecosystem expert.
  • Partner with marketing managers to execute omni channel campaigns using a state of the art proprietary marketing automation platform.
  • Utilize your analytical and technical skills to create segmentation and targeting strategies using our data platform
  • Work closely with teams to bring our campaigns to life.
  • Ensure the experience we create for our members are of the highest quality.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with data analytics and/or managing products/processes.
  • Hands-on experience working with large amounts of data, data pipelines, and data systems with a particular focus on working cross-functionally to solve problems, troubleshoot and produce resolutions when issues occur.
  • High level SQL skills.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills are a must.
  • Ability to provide troubleshooting/triage support for high priority issues outside of traditional business hours (estimated 5-10 hours of after hours support weekly).
  • Ability to support flexed working hours to cover US time zone differences as needed.
